Follow these steps:

Set up your Account - for free

Select "Run a Rental Comp Report" from the Main Menu

Enter information about your Subject Property

Select the Search Criteria that meets your needs (See Below)

Select the Generate option.

Add any of the properties displayed to your Cart

Edit your Search Criteria to locate additional properties

When you are satisfied with your results, Check Out

Select a payment option - five properties per report

Choose:

	Deduct Account - If you prepay you will receive a 20% discount on orders of 5 reports and you can then deduct from your account as you need it.
	Pay my Own - to complete a Credit Card Transaction.

Select the Print option above the report - ENSURE YOUR PRINTER IS SET UP TO PRINT LANDSCAPE.

Select the Done option to be returned to your shopping cart.

All reports will remain in your Shopping Cart under Purchased Reports for 24 hours in case you need to reprint it.

The Search Criteria includes:

	Look Back - Limit how far back in time you wish to look for available properties
	Property Types - Single Family, Town Home, Condo, Duplex and Multiplex
	Property Sub-Type - Includes: Ranch, Two Story, Split Level, Tri-Level, 4-Level
	State - Choose the State of your Subject
	Market -Choose the Market of your Subject
	Zip Codes - Choose the Zip Code(s) nearest your subject
	Features - Select any required features for your search
	Bed Range -Enter a range of bedroom quantities
	Bath Range - Enter a range of bathroom quantities
	Sq. Foot Range - Enter a Sq Foot range based on the subject property
	Mo. Rent Range - Enter a Rent range based on the subject property
	Include Finished Below Grade Sq. Ft. - To include any below grade square footage in Sq FT Range selected above

Search Hints:

	You can choose multiple criteria, i.e. Zip Codes, Property Types, etc... by holding the CLTL key down as you make your selection
	Selecting "All Sub Types" will generate a larger potential list and the sub type is listed in the summary results
	The larger your ranges the more results will be displayed
	You can always edit your search criteria until you are satisfied.
